Introducing Codex: The most accurate and reliable API for blockchain data
The easiest way to get pricing, charts, holders info, aggregated data, and the best search endpoints for over 4 million tokens and 1 billion NFTs across close to 60 networks
Since 2021 our team has been busy building Defined: The best real-time, enriched blockchain data API in the industry. Today, our API delivers pricing, charts, holders info, aggregated data, and the best search endpoints for over 4 million tokens and 1 billion NFTs across close to 60 networks. Our data powers some of the industry’s biggest companies, including TradingView, 0x, Matcha, and Sudoswap.
We’ve also been busy building a product on top of our API: The Defined Trading Platform, which has grown into a successful charting platform currently used by hundreds of thousands of people every month.
Building two products that share the same name has (understandably) started to create some confusion.
We hate being confused (not to mention, our industry can be confusing enough).
As both products continue to grow and mature, we wanted to make a simple change and rename the Defined API.
We’re excited to introduce Codex: The most accurate and reliable API for blockchain data.
Rebranding our API should make this a lot clearer:
- Codex is our product for builders who want to save time, money and effort by working with the fastest, best quality blockchain data available.
- Defined is our product for traders and degens want to [make phat gainz or lose every last shred of their dignity]. Defined will continue to be built on top of — and evolvein lockstep with — the Codex API).
Now, hopefully nobody is confused (by us, at least).
If you’re building an app that uses blockchain data, and you’re not using Codex, we’d love you to give it a try. Sign up for our free plan to integrate it into your app and take it for a spin. We promise you that your app’s data will be faster and more accurate.
